What important details should I take note of before closing my GXS Credit Card?

Before we can process your request to close your card, please make sure of the following:

• You have fully repaid all outstanding balances, including your GXS FlexiLoan, (including FlexiPay) and GXS Credit Card balances, under FlexiCredit.  
• You do not have any pending or processing transactions on your card.  
• You do not have any open or ongoing card transaction disputes.  
• Please note that since everything shares one single credit pool, closing your card account will automatically close any other borrowing lines you have under FlexiCredit as well.
