What does overspent mean for my GXS Credit Card?
An overspent state occurs when your total outstanding balance exceeds your assigned credit limit, requiring immediate repayment of the excess amount.
Calculation Example: If your assigned credit limit is S$1,000 and your current outstanding balance is S$495, an additional transaction of S$537.50 will bring your total balance to S$1,032.50. This exceeds your credit limit by S$32.50, meaning your account is overspent and you must repay the S$32.50 immediately.
