How do I freeze/unfreeze my GXS Credit Card?

You can temporarily stop usage of your GXS Credit Card by freezing it. If you would like to use your card again, simply unfreeze it.

Here's how you can freeze/unfreeze your GXS Credit Card:

• Log in to the GXS Bank app.
• On the GXS Credit Card homescreen, tap on 'Freeze' or 'Unfreeze'.
• Confirm the Freeze or Unfreeze request.
