Can I apply for a balance transfer or get a cash advance with my GXS Credit Card?

The GXS Credit Card itself does not support direct ATM cash advances or standard card-to-card balance transfers. However, because your card shares a single credit limit under the FlexiCredit pool, you can access cash borrowing and balance management features directly within the GXS Bank app:  

• For Cash Borrowing: You can draw down cash from your shared limit into your bank account by selecting Get Instalment Loan or Get Balance Transfer Loan on your dashboard
• For Moving or Converting Balances: You can utilize FlexiPay to convert eligible outstanding instalment loan balances into a flexible revolving line of credit. 

All features pull from the same single FlexiCredit pool, allowing you to manage your card spending and cash borrowing features in one place.
