I did not receive the One-Time Password (OTP) for my GXS FlexiCard payment. What should I do?

Please check that your mobile number registered with us is correct.

If it needs to be updated, you can do so via the GXS Bank app:

  1. Log in to the GXS Bank app.
  2. Tap 'Me' on the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Tap on 'Edit details' in your profile.

The update will be recorded and changed immediately.
