I did not receive the One-Time Password (OTP) for my GXS FlexiCard payment. What should I do?
Please check that your mobile number registered with us is correct.
If it needs to be updated, you can do so via the GXS Bank app:
- Log in to the GXS Bank app.
- Tap 'Me' on the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap on 'Edit details' in your profile.
The update will be recorded and changed immediately.
