I don't recognise a transaction on my GXS FlexiCard. What should I do?
You can raise a dispute for the transaction via the GXS Bank app. Here's how:
- Log in to the GXS Bank app.
- On the GXS FlexiCard homescreen, tap on 'Manage'.
- Tap on 'Get more help' and select 'Raising a card dispute'.
- Fill in the form and provide any details or documents to support the investigation.
