I have a GXS FlexiLoan account. Why can’t I apply for GXS FlexiCard?

We're sorry that we're unable to offer you a GXS FlexiCard. All applications go through an evaluation process that must meet our eligibility criteria and internal assessment requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose the specific reasons why your GXS FlexiCard application wasn’t approved.

In addition, we are only able to offer you either a GXS FlexiLoan or GXS FlexiCard. Currently, you will not be able to apply and hold both GXS FlexiLoan and GXS FlexiCard at the same time.
