I closed the GXS Bank app while applying for a GXS Biz Account. What should I do?

Fret not. If you closed the GXS Bank app after setting your passcode, simply log in to the app and finish your application within 30 days.

If you didn’t manage to set a passcode, your information would have been deleted for security reasons and you'll have to start a new application.
