What are some of my responsibilities before using any E-Payment?

Here are some responsibilities you should take note of:

Make sure your email address and phone numbers are correct and up to date with GXS Bank
Protect your login credentials (Any person who has access to your phone via Face ID/Touch ID/GXS passcode can see your account details and make transactions)
Enable and read all notifications from us
Once you've noticed an unauthorised transaction, please report it immediately to us at:
