You must verify the recipient's details on the confirmation screen before completing the transaction.

• Recipient Details: Ensure the mobile number, NRIC, FIN, or UEN is correct.
• Registered Name: Verify the bank-registered name displayed.
• Name Display Change: As of 6 June 2026, display names are discontinued. You will see a redacted version of the individual recipient’s official bank-registered name.
• Security: Redacted names (e.g., ASHLXXX HUAXX) are used to prevent impersonation scams while maintaining privacy.
• Verification: Confirm details directly with the individual or merchant if there is any discrepancy.
