I can’t log in to my GXS Bank app by using passcode or biometrics. What should I do?

You can reset your passcode by re-authenticating with Singpass. Once you’ve verified your identity, you will be prompted to create and confirm a new passcode. If you still have trouble accessing your account, let us help you via
