How do I locate the Singtel receipt number?

In-Store purchases

For in-store purchase of devices or accessories at any Singtel Shop or Singtel Exclusive Retailer, you will be provided a hardcopy receipt after making payment. Take note of the "Receipt #" on the slip. The number would look something like "10xxxxxxxxxx"/"12xxxxxx"

Note: If you updated/bought a new Singtel service or plan, you will receive a Service Agreement Form. This Service Agreement Form is not a receipt. 

Online purchases

For online purchases at Singtel Online Accessories Shop (www.singtel.com/accessories), you will receive an email confirmation from Singtel. The email confirmation may take up to 30 minutes to reach your mailbox. Your email order confirmation will contain an ‘Order ID’ of “Rxxxxxx” - this would be your receipt number. 

Note: Do not enter the numbers which you see at the Singtel checkout page. This number starts with “MRxx”
